 HEALTHY HABITS Hi, everybody! Welcome to Mili’s blog again. So, today I will tell you about some tips to improve your health by doing exercise and having a balanced diet.    The reason why this is important is because by having little good habits you can prevent diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and even cancer. It is important to start cutting out those bad feeding habits because having a poor diet increases the risk of getting  through this diseases primarily caused by obesity, which can also reduce life expectancy. Here are some tips. 1st tip: Eat los of fruit and vegetables. 2nd tip: Eat more fish, because it contains a lot of vitamins. 3rd tip: Cut down chips and candies.  4th tip: Drink lots of water. Remember that if you want to have results, you have to get through exercise even though you find it boring.
